Your unconscious mind is rather like a filing cabinet;
it records and stores virtually everything you do (your
memory).
These records are stored away in files or neurologically
referred to as engrams. In your ‘sleep file’ is a recording for good, high quality sleep, and a recording
for sleep disturbance. If you are experiencing sleep disturbance
your unconscious mind is hot wired to the negative sleep
file.
You can change it. Your brain is an expert at having insomnia.
It does not know how to do it any differently. If it did,
you wouldn't have the sleep problem any more. So, in order
to sleep deeply, you must communicate with your unconscious
to pick up the correct ‘sleep file’ and eliminate
worry and anxiety allowing you to stay asleep once you are
asleep.
